Problem 1. Projectile Motion Spreadsheet Calculation
Using Excel, set up the numerical simulation considered in Section 2.1 of Giordano, which is called "Bicycle Racing: The Effect of Air Resistance." Perform the calculations without air resistance (Equation 2.7) and with air resistance (Equation 2.10). Graph your results so that they resemble Figures 2.1 and 2.2.

Problem 2. Cannon Shell
Using Excel, set up the numerical simulation considered in Section 2.2 of Giordano, which is called "Projectile Motion: Trajectory of a Cannon Shell." Perform the calculations without drag (Equation 2.19), with air drag (Equation 2.19), and with air drag and density correction (Equation 2.21). Graph your results so that they resemble Figures 2.3 and 2.5.
