Problem 1. Projectile Motion Spreadsheet Calculation.

This chart shows the change in velocity of a bicycle with time. The initial velocity is 4 m/s, and the time step is 0.5 seconds. The blue line is without air resistance, and the pink line is with air resistance.


Problem 2. Cannon Shell

This graph shows the trajectory of a cannon with initial velocity 700 m/s, and angle 45o. The time step is 1 second. For the air density correction (purple), the altitude is 10,000 meters.


Problem 3. Batted Baseball

This graph shows the path of a batted baseball with initial velocity 49 m/s, angle 35o, and time step 0.1 seconds. For the wind correction (yellow), the velocity of the wind is 3 m/s in the direction of the ball.
