Happy Birthday Josh

Here’s the recipe for the spaghetti & meatballs I made for Josh’s birthday. They were wonderful!
MEATBALLS

1 pound ground meat loaf blend (beef, pork, veal)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
hand full of crushed fennel seeds
dash of cayenne pepper, dried basil & oregano
